Return and Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you've received the product(s).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to make a return and get a refund:

  1. Make sure the product is not damaged.
  2. Contact us via our support site or email us at .
  3. Send the product(s) back to us with your name and/or order number. See Shipping.
  4. Get a refund once the returned items have been processed. See Refunds.

Remember to include your name and/or order number inside the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once the returned product is received and inspected, we'll notify you about your refund status.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to give only partial refund when the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if the 14 day return policy has clearly expired.

Warranty issues

On most products we offer a one year warranty. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

BiiSafe warrants the hardware product and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. Normal wear and tear, or damages caused by misuse or accident do not apply. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws.
